Notes

I wanted to capture my thoughts so that it’s not forgotten should I ever lose my way but currently my views have never been so clear.

• I know I may not be able to solve all of the world’s problems but for the things that have crossed my path, that are right in front of me I have a choice to act. These simple things leave the world a bit more hopeful, a bit brighter.
• I believe that most people in the world are not evil and don’t mean harm however the consequence of their actions could still cause harm. Consent doesn’t shield a person’s own self destruction. You could still be a contributor to that demise. So with that possibility just own it, don’t try to justify.
• In one’s journey, the people you meet could come from all walks of life, some content, some in pain, some lost, some solid and the list goes on. Have compassion towards those who are less fortunate cause had life simply dealt you a different set of cards that could have easily been you.
• I recalled mentioning this before that there are no guarantees in the matters of the heart. But for any relationship to make it, effort is required. Some will have it easier and others will have it tougher but if both parties want the same thing or is willing to fairly compromise, anything is possible. There are two people, one doesn’t matter more than the other, both should be consider important. Mutual trust, core values and respect are foundations. Humor will provide relief and keep all parties laughing. Laughter is always good for the soul. When we can sincerely and equally value and support each other only then can two people truly and fully embrace one another existence and grow together.
• The world can be a terrible place filled with terrible people, no need to contribute and grow that population. Kindness matters.
• The world is beautiful, embrace all its wonders but respect your place it in. Need not harm or take what shouldn’t be taken. That includes time, whether someone wants to be a part of something and etc. Each person is entitled to live their own lives.
• To be vulernable is to live. *Translation: It’s the brutal truth. Things happens, keep moving forward. Better awaits.
• We came with nothing, we will leave with nothing. Thus, it’s important to understand what in life should prioritized over the other.
• The company you keep either enriched your life or the complete opposite. You have control of this. Surround yourself with good people who cares about you and life will be better. Surround yourself with people who inspires you and you will be motivated. If there is drama, you have to check how it came to be. There is a saying, if you tied the knot, only you can remove that knot.
• We can’t change anyone, we can only at best inspire them to keep working towards being a better version of themselves. Change is a personal choice.
